Con Brio
The Con Brio is a newsletter published to report the events, news, and needs of the Green Bay Symphony Orchestra and the Friends of the Green Bay Symphony. Committee responsibilities include editing articles submitted by Friends committees, layout, graphics, and mailings. Con Brio volunteers use the computer to create each newsletter and contract with a printer to produce the final newsletter.

Public Relations
This committee promotes and publicizes the activities of the Friends to the community at large. Responsibilities include developing flyers and posters as well as contacting newspapers, radio and TV stations with information about Friends' events.

Contact
This committee has been established to provide an additional method of communication among Friends of the Green Bay Symphony. Both e-mail and the telephone are used. Members are asked to contact a small portion of the membership to remind them of upcoming Friends activities and to seek volunteers for Friends' projects such as Symphony office support (answer telephones, stuff envelopes, affix mailing labels, etc.), transportation of guest artists, and working at Symphony events in the community.

Historian
The historian gathers all the information (printed material) on the
activities of the Friends for the historian book and creates a historian log of the events for the year.

Member Luncheons
The Friends host three luncheons each year: in the fall, winter, and spring. Committee members are responsible for invitations, mailings, reservations, site, luncheon, and entertainment arrangements. Evening fundraisers are also sometimes held throughout the year.

Directory
An annual directory is produced that includes a list of members, a calendar of events, committee descriptions and related information.

Mailing
Mailing responsibilities involve bulk mailing at the post office. Mail must be addressed with mailing labels from the Symphony office. According to U.S. Postal guidelines, volunteers count and bundle mail according to zip code, sticker again, place in appropriate boxes, and fill out required postal forms.
